LIBERTY RUN

When a stallion produces an outstanding horse, like Statue of Liberty has done with Mic Mac, there is a tendency to overlook his other progeny. Paling by comparison so to speak.

However, Statue of Liberty has plenty of arrows in the quiver, with a host of winners in the past few weeks including Willing Storm (see separate article) in Hong Kong, while on the homefront, his winners include Solchow and Liberty Reign - both winning two apiece in town - Lovineveryminute, Canny Sam and The Toecruncher.

Statue of Liberty is currently ranked second on the Australian Second Season Sires' chart and, from the looks of his peers' fees, he's in pretty good company.
