Shadai Farm is truly one of the dominant players in global breeding and racing and was at the fore again last Sunday (30 November) when Screen Hero took out the Japan Cup-G1 at Tokyo.

Forming a close association with Shadai Farm, Eliza Park stood Screen Hero’s sire – Grass Wonder – at Kerrie for four seasons between 2003-2006.

While his Australian-bred progeny have, as yet, failed to score any black type, Grass Wonder is one of Japan’s leading sires and winning the Cup will only serve to enhance his reputation.
